This series is themed around The Transformers: The Movie, faithfully recreating the film’s color scheme. The first wave includes Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Megatron. Each figure comes with an exclusive character card illustrated by animator Yoshinori Hahara.

For the MDLX Megatron (1986 Movie Edition) , the chest ornament has been removed, and the Decepticon insignia has been repainted in the anime‑style purple to better match the film’s character details.

The Transformers MDLX series is redesigned by threezero’s Art Director Kelvin Sau. MDLX Megatron (1986 Movie Edition) stands approximately 7 inches (18 cm) tall, featuring a die‑cast zinc alloy and engineering plastic skeleton system. It includes about 45 points of articulation, balancing posability and durability.
